Breastfeeding doesn’t have to hurt or feel confusing.

  • Are struggling with pain while nursing

  • Feel concerned about low milk supply

  • Wondering if you should pump or if you can stop pumping

    You’re in the right place.

I’m Kylie Pina, an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and Registered Nurse in Colorado Springs. Whether you need help latching, boosting milk supply, troubleshooting pumping, or just making sense of newborn feeding, I’m here to help you feel confident again.

Breastfeeding is natural, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy.

Whether you're preparing for your baby’s arrival or navigating unexpected challenges, expert support can make all the difference.

You don’t have to figure it out alone:

Before Baby Arrives
Get ahead of the learning curve by understanding what to expect—from your body, your baby, and the first days of breastfeeding. Knowing what’s normal (and what’s not) can make the early weeks smoother and help you overcome common hurdles with confidence.

Pumping Questions? Trouble Latching?
Sometimes small tweaks—like positioning or pump settings—can make a world of difference in your comfort and milk supply. Let's make feeding work for you, whether you're nursing, pumping, or both.

Transitioning Back to Breast
If your baby spent time in the NICU or started out bottle feeding, you might be wondering if (or how) you can shift to more breastfeeding. With the right approach, many babies can learn to nurse effectively at the breast.

Slow Weight Gain? Concerns About Supply?
If your baby isn’t gaining as expected, or you’re questioning whether they’re getting enough milk, we can assess what’s going on and create a plan to help you feel confident about their intake.

Painful Feedings? Engorgement That Won’t Go Away?
Breastfeeding shouldn’t hurt. If you’re experiencing ongoing pain, discomfort, or engorgement, we’ll get to the root of the issue—whether it’s latch, positioning, or something else—so you can feed your baby without dreading every session.

Not Sure About Your Pump?
From finding the right flange size to understanding pump settings and milk output, a little guidance can make pumping easier and more effective.

You deserve to feel supported, confident, and comfortable in your feeding journey. If you’re struggling or just have questions, I’m here to help.

“Before working with you, I didn’t know it was possible to nurse my baby and have it feel… like nothing. No pain. I thought I just needed to toughen up. I was so happy to learn that pain with nursing is a sign that something is off. I wish I had gotten help sooner.” -Kelly
